How does the Trashie Chrome Extension work?
Trashie helps you save money and earn TrashieCash while shopping online. Our Chrome extension finds and applies coupons from over 15,000 merchants, helping you save at checkout. You'll also earn TrashieCash on top of any other existing loyalty programs.
What merchants are part of the Trashie network?
You can earn rewards at over 15,000 online merchants, including popular ones like Net-a-Porter, Glossier, Madewell, Walmart, Macy's, and Kohl's.
How do I get Trashie on my phone or non-Chrome browser?
You can download the Trashie Chrome Extension straight from your phone...but you have to be on a desktop to activate the TrashieCash offers. We don't condone daytime shopping, but we won't stop you from browsing while on the clock.
How do I start saving and earning rewards?
Download the Trashie browser extension from the Chrome Web Store and shop like normal. When a merchant has a TrashieCash offer you'll get notified. Bim, bam boom, as they say in the biz.
When will I see my rewards?
Rewards will appear in your Trashie dashboard within one to seven days after an eligible purchase (sometimes way sooner). Some merchants may take longer to report sales, such as when the product ships or their return window closes. Every snowflake is unique.
How many rewards can I earn from each merchant?
There's no limit to the rewards you can earn from a merchant, but we may contact you if you have multiple pending rewards from the same merchant for security reasons.
Where do I go to see my cash back rewards and payment status?
Check your TrashieCash rewards and account balance in the Earnings dashboard within the Chrome extension. You can manage your account settings there too.
How do I apply coupons?
During checkout, our extension will display available coupons. Click the button, and the best deal will be applied automatically. Boom!
I know I made a transaction, why didn't I earn a reward?
If a sale isn't listed on your dashboard, it's because we haven't been notified by the merchant yet. Contact us at help@trashie.io if it's been more than seven days
What does it mean if a sale is pending?
Pending rewards appear when a sale is completed through a TrashieCash™ earning offer. It can take up to seven days for merchants to notify us of the transaction. Some merchants hold sales for verification purposes.
Why is my merchant no longer supported?
Check for ad blockers or firewalls that might affect the extension. If your merchant is still not offering a TrashieCash™ earning offer, our relationship may have changed. Email us with brands you'd like us to partner with.
